Our preservation vendor network handles the full spectrum of property maintenance activities for pre-foreclosure, REO, and vacant assets — including lawn care, debris removal, winterization, boarding, securing, and lock changes. We work with experienced, licensed field professionals who understand investor guidelines and HUD compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lawn maintenance and overgrowth control
- Debris removal and property cleanouts
- Winterization and de-winterization
- Boarding and securing of entry points
- Lock changes and re-keying
- Occupancy inspections and reporting
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- General liability insurance (minimum $1M)
- Experience with REO or property preservation work
- Ability to submit photo documentation via mobile
- Familiarity with HUD and investor guidelines preferred
